Well, it's simple bbcode...
xhtml follows the pattern of <element attribute="value">, whereas bbcode follows no such pattern.

To get the "Advanced Reply" box rather than "Quick Reply" you have to hit quote here, I think...
Still, bbcode rarely uses quotation marks.
