I know i was the one that suggested this to H, but completly forgot about it till I saw it just now!
Theres an awesome band from Newcastle (they are all either PhD students or they work at the uni) called Project Underground!
They are on MySpace at www.myspace.com/projectunderground & they're own website is at www.projectunderground.co.uk, they're myspace has some of they're songs however they arent the best recording as they've never been into to a studio!
If you are ever in Newcastle and they happen to be playing they are definatley worth going to see!
